| Learning to use our software is crucial to the successful integration of the system into your operation. As an example, for our ParaLogic product we recommend a two-week on-site implementation. During those two weeks nine of the ten days are dedicated to training. This includes training the staff and management in the use of all facets of the system, with a concentration on the basics. The goal of this initial training is to get your staff comfortable with the software and to begin live order taking.
